Effective date: 30 July 2026
Nine Lives is a single-player game. It has no user accounts, no login, no chat, and no social features. This policy describes what data the app handles and the one third-party service it uses.
We do not collect, store, or receive any personal data from you. Your game progress (levels completed, in-game currency, settings) is stored only on your device. It is never transmitted to us. Deleting the app deletes this data; there is no copy on our servers, because there are no servers.
This version of the app transmits no analytics or usage statistics.
The app shows advertisements served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. We have configured AdMob to serve non-personalized ads only: ads are selected from contextual information rather than from a profile of you, and the app does not request permission to track you across other apps or websites.
To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud and abuse, Google may still process certain data from your device, such as your IP address, coarse location derived from it, device type and operating system, and device-generated advertising identifiers used for frequency capping (so you are not shown the same ad repeatedly). This processing is performed by Google under its own privacy policy:
Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), the app shows a consent message before any ad is loaded, and you can decline. You can revisit this choice at any time by reinstalling the app or through the consent options your platform provides.
This version of the app contains no in-app purchases. If a future version adds them, purchases will be processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, this policy will be updated first, and the in-app policy link will point to the updated version.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and ads are always non-personalized for all players. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or erase — your progress is under your control on your own device. For data processed by Google in connection with advertising, Google's privacy policy above describes your rights and how to exercise them.
If the app's data practices change (for example, when in-app purchases are added), this page will be updated and the effective date above revised before the change ships.
